End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement,” “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Valley Greens (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Valley Greens mobile application (“App”).
1. License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may NOT:
- Modify, distribute, or sell the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile
- Use on unauthorized devices
- Use for illegal or harmful activities
- Bypass security or verification features
2. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
You must be 21+ and comply with New York State cannabis laws and OCM regulations.
3. User Account
You must maintain accurate information and protect login credentials. We may suspend accounts for violations.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to engage in unlawful activity, upload harmful code, misrepresent identity, or use bots/automated tools.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All App content is owned by Valley Greens and protected by IP law. You receive no ownership rights.
6. Updates & Availability
We may provide updates or discontinue features at any time and are not responsible for downtime or data loss.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with payment processors, delivery systems, and analytics providers. Third-party policies apply.
8. Termination
We may terminate this EULA for any violation. You must delete the App upon termination.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Valley Greens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or App unavailability.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Valley Greens for claims arising from misuse, violations of this EULA, or cannabis law violations.
12. Governing Law
Governed by New York State law; disputes resolved exclusively in Westchester County courts.
13. App Store Terms
Applies to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store users.
14. Export Restrictions
You may not use or export the App in violation of U.S. export laws.
15. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA periodically.
